Pick a Side any Side
I felt that my two ideas for both the passion blog and civic issues blog were solid ideas that could have had tons of development off of, and that could have easily entertained a viewing audience. However, when it comes to the topic of choice for each of these, I felt the answer was clear as to which I felt would be more entertaining, and which would be more fun to write.
Passion Blog
For my passion blog, though i initially thought I'd want to move completely away from original topic, I ended up finding a specific within it that I though would be very cool and very fun to write about. This topic dives into the depths of the world of exotic car companies instead of just exotic cars as I had initially planned. Though most people I'd say aren't interested in cars at all, I feel that to the slightest auto enthusiast, this blog will resonate well with them. The possibilities are endless when it comes to topics like this. The history of some companies is just astounding and some of the stories behind their automotive creations are very captivating. Not to mention that I have been an avid auto enthusiast my entire life so a blog like this would be a very ideal one for me to write about.
Civic Issues
My two civic issue blog ideas were similar in the sense that they both applied to issues within schooling. This makes it a little hard to differentiate between the two and choose one solid topic. Nonetheless, I have decided to stick with the debate on tuition prices due to its more global sense of debate and economic applications. In my Economics class, we have already learned a lot that I could relate to the debate and talk about reasons why the price has gone up so much and really spark the debate on whether the reasons are good for the increase, or if there are ethical ways to avoid the increase.
